Football for kids

"Hoooooraaaaaay!" the crowd screamed at the ball shot into the goal like a missile.  Our team ran around like chickens giving each other high fives.

It was a roasting hot day on the dry UHPS fields.  Football for Kids were at our school to teach some awesome soccer skills and get us interested in Soccer.

Diving at UHPS?!

"Thump, thump, thump!" went the stomping feet from the mexican wave.  My legs were burning like they were on fire...

Room 16 was in the warm hall on a relaxing Tuesday with our cheerful class.  Steve and Audrianne from Diving New Zealand were at UHPS to get us interested in springboard diving, and they were doing some pretty tough exercises.  But there was no water!

Great recount introduction Bella and Lukas.  As they explained, we were doing some fun testing with Diving New Zealand.  After the exercises we got invited to go along to have "Have a go day" at Westwave to give diving a go.  Who knows, we might have some future Olympic divers in our class!
